At Bethany Lutheran School, we seek to constantly evaluate our school from multiple perspectives, all in an effort to make this an even better place for your child and your family.

Because the parent perspective is so important to us, we've partnered with ParentPulse, a company that specializes in collecting parent feedback for Christian schools.

Going forward, each parent in our school will receive an invitation every three months to respond to a short survey. These surveys will be staggered – parents will receive the invitations via e-mail or text at different points during the three-month cycle (and you'll receive a separate survey invitation for each child in the school).

We simply ask that you'd take five minutes to complete the survey. Many schools only send one (longer) survey each year, but we want to capture your thoughts and feelings in shorter surveys – and at multiple points over the year – so we can understand how things are evolving and how we can best adapt!

So, please be on the lookout for an e-mail or text from ParentPulse. The subject line will clearly identify Bethany Lutheran School.

The information you provide is collected solely for our analysis, and your personal contact information will not be used or shared by ParentPulse. There is also an option at the end of the survey to submit your responses anonymously.

When will I receive this survey?
Approximately every three months, not including the summer months.

How will I be notified about the survey?
ParentPulse uses a three-step approach.  You will receive an email in the morning, a text mid-day, and a reminder email in the evening.

Why did I receive multiple emails?
A survey link is sent for each child. For example, if you are a family with three children you will receive three emails, a link for each child.  You might have a different perspective to share on your child in preschool vs your child in elementary school!

I haven't gotten the chance to complete a survey yet. When will I get it?
The survey is sent out on a "drip system" so only a handful of families get it on any given day. You will receive a survey invitation sometime in a three-month cycle.
